I always loved the idea of a little welcome mat, and this one is even positioned at the edge of a grid to function as one, but none of the original textures actually said "welcome!" So I borrowed the texture from the BV rug above, redrew the original design, and added "WELCOME" in Simlish (a font that you can find here). To make the mat readable in all colors, I darkened them a bit, so they don't match exactly with the other objects I've recolored.
These all work with or without HL's rug fix. I believe the only one that requires CEP is the Ikea PS Rug.
