10-20 deaths a year is trivial compared to the deaths that would be caused by the prevented pregnancies. It's also a tiny fraction of those caused by, for instance, tylenol.

One, it's an unforced error. The current regime avoids those 10-20 deaths (could be more, could be less).

My indication is that it is substantially greater, because it is not typical menstruation and it goes on substantially longer in a different hormonal environment.

I guess we'll just see how many people die.

The fact that this drug can be taken by 15 year olds? In most states isn't the age of consent 16? Why this urge to overlook, (and promote), what amounts to statutory rape in most states? I can't even buy amoxicillin for my animals without a prescription, how can the FDA justify this ruling for a dangerous drug to be used by underage humans? Let's cut to the chase...what's really going on here in the big picture? Why this massive overturning of the traditional societal mores to promote "what ever feels good to me" whether of a sexual nature, recreational pharmaceuticals, or even the PC of "hurt feelings" coupled with the denigration of self sufficiency as evidenced by the government grab for the ultimate of self determination/protection, guns...
