Very nice. I like it when fic explores these kinds of things, because yeah, the Rangers didn't angst about it in the show nearly as much as they should have. >>; <<;

No they didn't. As with a lot of pr, they went 'plot point' and never brought up again. And seriously, if I were in either Jack or Z's shoes, I'd be rather pissed about being left out on the streets like that.
