And since she hasn't commented on my little annoucement yet, I linkyed it in my reply. Could be that she's busy and just hasn't gotten around to reading her friends page yet, but I just had to fling it at her.
Since she is (or was rather) the main person on my flist who knew anything about B5. That's changed since and I'm happy for it. It'll be good to have more than one person reading and not knowing the series. *bounces insanely*
Hmm. This is off-topicish, but I wanted to get your opinion. I started writing a Z/Chuck story for pr_au100, then stopped because I wondered, do you think it would be fair for me to automatically consider them to be AU? I was going to set all the stories in the "Soul's Bonds" continuum, because it'd be easiest since Chuck's already there and introduced, but... See, I'd like to say that anything post-SPD is automatically AU, but then I thought, if you could be picky the SB continuum has no canon to contradict it- not even "Once a Ranger", because you could say that since Sentinel Knight didn't need to restore Bridge's powers, he healed his throat instead or something...
Anyway. Am I thinking too much about this? *lol* Should I STFU and write and not nitpick about it being AU or not since it's likely AU anyway?

Hee! Well, as some would like to argue, ALL fanfic could be considered AU since it's not something that took place in canon (and if you're simply just re-hashing out all the same old story lines, then what the heck are you doing?? lol.)
I think SB counts as AU. Yes, it ties with some things in canon, but as far as we know, Birdie never had a brother, no such thing as the Vulcan Sun Squad exists, Bridge never got tortured and wound up losing part of his speech capiblities, Sky never gained a limp and there's never been a girl Green Ranger. And I think that last bit applies to ALL pr seasons. (don't take my word for it though, as I haven't seen all the seasons.)
So the short answer is; yes! Go for it!
And off-topicish comments are always fine by me! ;)

She just wrote one, I had to write seven OCs, although only a couple are really fleshed out. -_- Man I suck.
And by one, I mean more than that since I forgot about Chuck and his teammates. DOH.
