I'tchait d'la plyie.

Yes, it's raining again. I'm watching the leading (or trailing) front move slowly over the field. The gently undulating grey line is rather pretty, with a suggestion of Payne's Grey, and just appearing over the treeline is some pale turquoise/blue. Pretty!

This sounds so beautiful! Unfortunately, the fog was just settled here, around us, no view of undulating front moving across any field. But today it's unbelievably warm: 8C! *shakes head*

I tried to see artistically rather than complaining about the rotten weather. :) It's raining very hard this morning, though, so I imagine the ducks are happy.

Perhaps the fog is sea mist --very thick sea mist-- and will go out with the tide? ::looks hopeful::

Very thick sea mist - here? ::snort:: That would be some serious sea mist, as we're about 40 km from sea (i.e. Oslo - serious sea would be about 60 km methinks). We do, however, have Glomma - Norway's longest river, and it's not a lazy one. It doesn't freeze over in winter, so those winter days always start with fog, crispy cold or not. Usually lifts around 1pm.

Ah. No sea mist then. Hee! I'm about 15 miles from the sea but also on a broad river but we're flat where I imagine you're quite hilly. We do get some fog but not often--You watch, there'll be a real pea-souper here tomorrow now I've said that! :P
