i saw a behind-the-scenes thing for that episode (fragile balance) where the director or someone talks about how they hit the casting jackpot with that kid. he studied RDA's mannerisms via SG-1 tapes (or were they DVDs at that point?) & everyone thought he was spot-on. RDA didn't think he acted that way, but the cast and crew assured him he did.

i heard they were going to have clone-jack show up again, but then the actor was cast on joan of arcadia & they didn't want to bring in someone else.
