I was actually shocked, given that I came to the party a little late, that no-one had actually done it before! There's the odd crossover out there, but nothing that goes back to W12.

I'd already been musing about the idea of Jack and Helena, then I saw "3...2...1..." and my brain exploded. I tried so hard not to write it, because I wanted to get my other two WIPs finished, but they were persistent little buggers, and wouldn't leave me alone. And, ironically, now I'm trying to write a second part (directly following up on the first), I'm struggling. I think it's the formality of the language - because I'm writing from Wolcott's POV, I'm trying to keep it strictly Victorian, but writing a sex scene where he's still mentally referring to them as 'Miss Wells' and 'Captain Harkness' is tricky (if somewhat entertaining, because THAT'S going to have to stop at some point).

I always like to pretend Wolcroft is a distant relation of Ianto the way Gwen was distantly related to Gwyneth.

I couldn't resist! Wolcott's casting just BEGGED to be fanficced to death (or at least lots and lots of 'little deaths'), and I can't believe it hasn't been.

I'm also trying to come up with a way of explaining the Lattimer women. Because that's also begging for it, I just can't work out how at the moment.

The second part is coming slowly - I've never written a proper triad before, and with Woolly being a nice boy, they're taking their time deflowering him!
