Well, I could not believe my eyes when I got home yesterday and saw the email for this update on ff.net. I thought 'Oh, FF.net is surely on the fritz for this to be happening.' Lo and behold, it truly is an update. I am so ecstatic to see you writing again! And it is superb as always. I spent all of last night catching up and every free moment I could spare snatching up the most recent chapter
( ... )
Glad you like. /Triple Takeover/ was as hard on the Autobots as if they had fought a brief war on three fronts: Megatron and the Seekers, Blitzwing and the Constructicons, and (I think) a skirmish with Astrotrain that wasn't shown in the cartoon but inspired him to be so hasty. We'll see, though: that may have just been him being impatient, as it appears.
I also think - but won't know for sure until I write it out - that the desperate trip to Cybertron to find Vector Sigma for sparks for the Aerialbots will be the result of some (temporary) backfire of making a gestalt team from unidentified and unwilling sparks. I think one or more of the Protectobots runs away in a panic upon coming to... Prime has a guilt trip, Ratchet has an 'i told you so' party, Ironhide gets frustrated with them and his crack about Vector Sigma is given serious thought... Yeah. Dunno which storyline that will play out in, but that's how it goes down.
