Reeve was not much better off in those hours before meeting Elena once again. It was silly, yes. Did that stop this feeling, no ( ... )

It couldn't have been more than a few minutes of waiting and fussing, primping and sighing before Elena caught sight of Reeve and the anxiety and nervousness calmed for a moment. He was striking in the mossy green suit, masculinity reverberating from top to toe, and it was a perfect contrast for the dark locks of his hair. Heat flashed beneath her cheeks, feeling very much female and awkward and delighted that he had taken her invitation with the same sense of importance ( ... )
