Ah, the unsexy part of writing. When you have to become the world’s strictest boss with yourself, while at the same time judging if your physical pains will affect your writing too much.

Those of you who never get sick or suffer can just stop reading now. I’m talking to the rest of us.

TMI for some, talking of health and sickness )

challenge, hell by any other name, bakers dozen, sickness, planning

I think schedules can become tools we use to flagellate ourselves. I am glad you are rolling with it, thus.

So.... now that you are releasing some stuff yourself... does this mean we get to see some of your out-of-print backlist? I'd love to recommend Paper Mage to people...!

You will be seeing more of my out-of-print backlist! First I've put up a bunch of short stories, getting confidence and skills. My "schedule" at this point is to put up "Paper Mage" in October, "Caves of Buda" in November, and "Jaguar and the Wolf" in December. I'll put up both an ebook version and a PoD version, though the latter might not come in such a timely manner. . . We'll have to see.

Ooh, hooray! I am very excited. :D

I usually wait on the print versions myself, since they cost more to set up than e-books. I often let the e-book royalties pay for the set-up costs of the print books. Ridiculously, since I never make much on print books. :,
