That book was interesting because it was called Monkey, monkey, monkey, monkey, monkey, monkey, YOU!

I am watching series 4 NCIS (because I am playing catch-up, having missed a lot of episodes) and Tony and Tim are so delightfully gay for each other. Actual quote:

Tony: McGee and I watched the sunrise together. It was very Brokeback MountainTim: He had me at 'howdy ( Read more... )

Oh God, was it season 4 where there's an episode where Tony goes over to McGee's apartment, and as a greeting Tony pinches at Tim's nipples?

Then in either season 5 or 6 (I think five) they get into a scuffle in a therapist's waiting room, and when the counselor comes out he just assumes they're there for couples therapy, and Tony runs with that for a bit.

The nipple pinching is Season 3 - Ep 10, Probie. WHAT? I...um, may be a little invested. :D

The other one is 506 Leap of Faith.

And that's not to mention Tony's whole internet dating of McGee in season 6.

I LOVE that you can do that. ♥ ♥ ♥

I kind of feel like acquiring episodes purely for the reason that they are odes to Tony and Tim's love.

I totally understand that urge! And it's one of the reasons I made the clips so that I could have more time to watch their love than if I kept rewatching whole episodes. (Of course, I rewatch whole episodes all the time, too. :D )

I NEARLY DIED, CAT. I WAS LIKE 'HANG ON, HANG ON, AM I IMAGINING THIS? IS THIS REALLY HAPPENING? TONY SEES TIM STRIPPING AND HAS TO STRIP TOO?'

Also, Ziva. I love it when Ziva is amused by them.

He has to make Tim walk around ALL DAY in a shirt that smells like him. It's his own version of Chinese water torture but with a much happier ending.

Ziva spends A LOT of time being amused by them. She does not think they are at all subtle with their relationship.

It is such an intimate act. Men do not usually just give other men the shirts they are wearing right then and there. Or, you know, ever.

And I just --- I really enjoy their friendship (LOVE). Because Tony totally respects Tim and the feeling is mutual, but they have to express it mostly in mockery, it's fun and GAH.

Because I was only ever a casual viewer up until this year, the first time I saw how great they were together, I was kind of --- everyone else in NCIS fandom seemed to ship DiNozzo/Gibbs --- and I thought I was imagining it. But no, clearly the show supports interpretations for everyone and anyone.

Oh, NCIS. They flirt with EVERYBODY. It's like a big orgy in that office, I swear.
God I love that show...It's one of the very few where I love EVERY SINGLE core character.
And it has found family love. I have a thing for found families.

Tony and McGee are so adorable together! If that's from the episode where they're in the southwest, that's what hooked me on NCIS.

Anyway, hullo. I'm darkmousie. Kajcarter suggested I come introduce myself to you because I'm an education student from Seattle hoping to teach in the Northern Territories. I'm graduating next December with endorsements in k-8 ed, and ESL. I'm really interested in indigenous education (the US and Canada both did something very similar to what Australia did to the Aboriginal population, and our indigenous populations are struggling coming back from that). Networking be good, and we be interested in similar things. So, hullo!

Hi!

Where I teach is not at all far away from the Northern Territory (singular) :D I have a whole tag about teaching if you're interested in reading some of the trials and tribulations.

Sorry, I think there's a plural in Canada, or it may be that it's the week before finals and my brain is going GAH! So, I will keep it singular. Anyway, thanks so much! Fantastic to meet you.
