Ohhhh, I loved this. You're amazing with your Gene-and-Sam sexy times.
On a more serious note, Gene's reaction to Sam's "I want to fuck you" was spot-on. I can't see him reacting any other way to that, to be honest.
Well done. =D Another marvel.

I loved this. It cuts straight to the heart of the fear and loathing inherent in their very physical means of communicating with each other, even as there's obviousl a deeper mischief at work. It's also interesting to contemplate from the perspective of Sam being mad, Gene being made up in his head, and this kind of angsty overthinky sexing being what glues him back together.

And further, what an ugly revelation for poor Sammy...the only thing that gets him off is this part of himself that he so despises-but-doesn't-really.

I was operating more on a "Gene is just as real as Sam" mentality, but that's a fascinating interpretation.

Thank you :)

This is beautiful. The way you capture all of Gene's reservations and then contrast it with the fact that he really does care about Sam and wouldn't (intentionally) do anything to hurt him is just so true of the character.
It's also heartbreaking the way that Sam accepts it and give Gene his space, occasionally pushing but knowing where to draw the line(" but then settled on the bed beside but not touching Gene.")

Gene is very protective of Sam; I really do think he cares for him. He'll punch him, yes, but Sam will always be able to fight back. I think the fact Sam isn't fighting him here is what's making him so wary.

Thank you :)

Wow, that was both hot and psychologically fascinating. One of my favorite combinations! :)

This is exactly how I think Gene would feel about a relationship with Sam, the steady breaking down of boundaries, emotional, mental and social, coupled with those brief moments of acceptance, was fantastic to read.

Thanks
