Wow, that managed to be so funny and yet so... sort of creepy, at the end. I really enjoyed that. (Sam's self-penned "Turn Off the Test Card" = WIN. Also, He had started trying to solve miscellaneous kitchen mysteries, such as who had stolen the butter.)

Ground control to Major Loz! Whatever drugs you're on, I want some. There has to be more to this flash of crazy brilliance than sleep deprivation. I suspect you were listening to Magic Alex when you came up with the glam rocker bit. The scary thing is, I can totally see it. All of them, really, but that one comes the easiest.

I'm sure there's some out there, but I haven't read many radical AU fics in this fandom. It's good to see some experimentation going on. With prose, I mean. Not with certain other substances. Drugs are bad! Stay in school, kids!

I've wanted to do the glam rock bit for a ridiculously long time. I had to fit it into a fic somehow, and the idea of multiple lives, multiple scenarios Sam could have found himself in appealed to my warped sense of humour at 3 in the morning. I want to know why 3 in the morning is my peak inspiration hour.

I don't know if there really are any radical AUs. I can really only think of chelseagirl47's "The Man Who Fell to Earth" - which I love deeply.

You don't really need to warn me against drugs. I don't need them. I'm crazy enough as it is. And I don't have the cash. I'm such a square.

This is brilliant! Clever, hilarious, a bit creepy but above all, original and fun to read. I love the scenarious, along with everyone else, my favorite being the glam rocker.
