[OKAY GOOD IT'S NOT JUST HIM. Well not good per se, because this isn't Japan and as far as he knows Luceti's buildings aren't really designed to handle a proper earthquake. while it's nice to have someone shout warnings at him and give him a heads up about when ducking and heading closer would be a good idea, that doesn't do much to settle the bookshelf teetering dangerously behind her. So even while the ceiling's busy exploding above, he's ducking closer to Hermione and raising a shield to take the pressure off her in case it goes. He's never been able to make anything decent under the power cap, but he assumes it'll create a filmy dome that would at least protect her from the individual books, if not the shelf itself. It's kind of surprising when he makes something proper to repel whatever else decides to drop on them from above. It's better not have been from those DA lessons. He'd flip out SO HARD.]
