Yaoi-Con 2011: Swag picture edition :)

Well, as the subject says I'm finally getting around to posting the swag I picked up from Yaoi-con. Sadly I have way more swag pictures to share then I did con photos, but I still had a lot of fun. Oh boy, we missed each other at the con. I was at the Jo Chen gathering too and it was very interesting to learn about the yaoi manga publishing industry as well as hear what other fans had to say about Jo's various doujins.

Nice swag. I didn't buy much this time around but I did pick up Jo's artbook along with #5 of ITW.

I had a feeling we might have. I think I might have spotted you at the gathering but I couldn't swear to it XD The gathering was a lot of fun, I found it really interesting hearing how publishers chose how to display the graphic content cause I was always curious about that. The only downside is the row behind me at the gathering kept chit chatting amongst themselves the whole time :P

Thanks on the swag, I think I would have bought a lot less had I not found the vendor with all the pencil boards and doujinshi for such great prices. Usually I look at things like that at AX but they aren't always the cheapest so I tend to be more picky. I also got all of the ITW issues that were out since I haven't read them but they're kinda co-joint with my friend that went with me cause she was interested in it but I'm more of the anime fan.
