It's a tradition.

One says "White Rabbit" during the first day of the month, and good fortune is to come to them for the entire month.

Why would a white rabbit bring luck?

I-it's a common superstition in the worlds I've been to...

a white rabbit is good luck while a black cat is bad luck.

Rabbit. Pyon. What about a white rabbit?

It's a superstition in the Human world, back home...

If one says "Rabbit, Rabbit, White Rabbit" during the first day of the month, they will experience good luck for that month.

I do not think I have heard of that one.

...mii. Can I say it too?

Of course you may! Some people believe saying it to other people will bring them luck as well.

R-rabbit...?

Yes. Have you not seen a rabbit before? It's a small creature with long ears and a fluffy tail. White Rabbits are considered good luck.

Of course I've seen a rabbit before. I never knew they were good luck, though.

Some consider them good luck, just as some others consider black cats as bad luck.

It's not true in all worlds, but it was quite popular belief in the Human Kingdom, back home.

It's just a human superstition... like a black cat crossing your path is bad luck... t-though that depends on where you are... I think...

White rabbit?

Y-Yes. Back in the Human Kingdom... it was a superstition that white rabbits brought good fortune...

So a superstition was believed that if one was to state "Rabbit, Rabbit, White Rabbit" upon the first day of each month will bring good luck for that entire month.

I Discedo could really use some luck, these days.

Oh... I guess that makes sense.

Tewi is actually known as the White Rabbit of Good Fortune in my world, and is able to give people good luck... supposedly.

Not that I ever had much luck around her, though...

Truly?

Perhaps Miss Tewi is only good fortune to humans...? Or perhaps not other rabbits?

I'm not sure how it works, honestly. I never really believe black cats to be bad luck... specially because of Hell.
