Aaaarrrggggghhhhh. 5th attempt! Middle-aged fogey trying to work out how to post/use this site (and failing spectacularly!!) Just want to say 'Hi' to the Lower Tadfield folk and will hopefully be posting GO fanfic as I've been inspired to write after re-reading GO recently. Thanks for the welcome. I'm REALLY having probs navigating/using this site, but hopefully will figure it out soon + get posting my Az/crow fics (gently slashy, more angelic metaphysical than human physical, just to show my angle on their relationship...)

Hey, I hope my fics live up to your expectations! (I will do my humble best). I'll keep randomly clicking links on the site to try + suss its workings, but may very well get back to you re posting my fics, as I'm sure it's not that easy (for me, anyway; a computer-literate 2 yr old would probably manage just fine!).

Thanks for the welcome! I LOVE that you LOVE my GO Lib username!!:D I've read quite a few GO fics on LJ (and, of course, GO Library), but if you have any favs you think are especially worth reading, that'd be great. My personal preference is for A/C non-explicit slash or friendship - I like A/C pairing, but see them as having something other than a human-esque physical relationship.
Am struggling to write something at the mo' - thought it just needed polishing...but have ended up almost re-writing the bloody thing! Will finish it tonight if it kills me + will attempt to post. If you have any pc-illiterate-friendly instructions on how to do that on this site, I'd appreciate it!

Over at the GO Library, look for authors like Quantum Witch and Vulgarweed. Their collabs are gorgeous, and their individual fic is wonderful too. QW did a GO sequel called Bad Grace, which is STUNNING.

Back to LJ, poke around in daegar's Memories for her GO fanfic, which is really REALLY AWESOME

Heh, us troglodites gotta stick together! I've used a computer for 20-odd years but the Internet is a horse of another color. Plus most of those years I was on a Mac; the change was particularly hard and even yet I don't navigate my own PC as well as I'd wish.

Star Wars was my first fandom, with anything Ford right behind it. I was faithful many years and still am fond of Harrison and keep an eye on his well being.

I see someone's offered to beta for you--wonderful! I don't have the time to offer that but I hope some of the links give you good reading. Hope you saw my later post correcting my misnaming the one long story as "Crown of Stars".

Hi! I was wondering how to get beta'd! Yes please; can you tell me how to let you see the fic, then how to post it? That would be great. I've got a fic ALMOST ready for public consumtion - it looked ok in draft, but when I came to polish it, realized it was pretty crappy - don't know if it can be fixed, but will send it to you in a couple of days?
