Adam/Pepper ficlet

Mar 29, 2006 13:27

This little ficlet was originally supposed to be a drabble for this week's go100 challenge, but I couldn't seem to stop it from morphing into something a little longer.

greasy johnson, dog, het, fic, adam/pepper, pepper, adam young, the them

Heh, sorry about that. I usually only write out and out humour, but this turned out a little angstier than I first intended.

It's a pairing I like a lot, even if I don't seem to get around to writing it very often.

One of the few het pairings I've seen you write, too.

Anyway, v.v.v.v.v.v.v.v.v. cool ficlet.

“Oh, Dog won’t mind. He’s used to extreme heat.”

Hee!

Thank you :D

I do tend towards slash and gen don't I? Though one could always argue that when it comes down to Aziraphale, Crowley, Hastur, Ligur et al. gender's optional (though with H & L this could raise some horrific demon!preg spectres).

I'm certain that Dog will enjoy his time in Africa. Though you can bet that there's going to be a distant relative of R. P. Tyler's waiting to complain about Adam and his hellhound.

Awww, this is really wonderful. I love gay!Greasy, confiding in Pepper.

The possibilities of their Africa trip are...rather staggering.

Thank you :D

I imagine that once Greasy got over the initial terror of starting a conversation with Pepper, he was glad to have somebody on his side.

The possibilities of their Africa trip are...rather staggering.

Definitely, I forsee Pepper encountering and then giving several Horsepersons, both active and retired, a piece of her mind.
