I really liked reading this. Interesting setting and an all-around good plot. (ok, I suck at constructive critizism. I liked it, ok? xP)

OK, I'm a dork, I didn't notice at first the "all around good plot" comment. AIIEE!! *dances* That means so much to me! I've been working on incorporating plot into my fic for over two years! (I know, I know, pathetic - I just focused on other skills.) I had a feeling I hit a stride w/ this fic, so I'm so tickled to hear it from someone else!

A man with long, platinum hair tossed a hunk of bread into the water and spoke quietly to a man wearing a lime green bowler hat.

I got to here and I snorted. Ahahaha.

I liked that quite a lot.

Lovely. Also, I like how you are torn between deciding if Caramel Kisses are a moment of divine ecstacy or solely to make you fat and bitter. *THUMBS UP*

*chuckle* Caramel kisses are the devil's plaything. Or whatever. :)

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it. Happy to make you snort. :)

Ezra's lips drew loneliness from Remus' skin like a poultice

Ooo, I loved this whole section. And the whole thing, actually - the language is really beautiful. OH and the part about Aziraphale's slip-up being the kind of thing that had gotten him the job, even though it was slightly Against The Rules - that just warmed me right up. It has a contemplative, quiet feel and the loneliness that Remus and Aziraphale felt came right out through that. And, of course, the last section kindled the squee. :D

Was also very suspicious of that pair in the park. Too much plotting going on in that place...

That line you quoted was the image this whole fic was built around, once Copperbadge put the idea in my head. The idea that sex with an angel can be therapudic, like a mud bath for the soul. :)

There's that ineffability thing again. :) Aziraphale isn't a very good angel, really; he's too sympathetic and tolerant. So you could say that he was demoted to Earth as a punishment. But if God is omniscient, then he ought to know what kind of job Az is doing. So maybe Az's screwups are, well, sort of like when an explosion in a biology lab invents penicillen. After all, in PoA, Remus forgives Sirius *so quickly* - almost like he always suspected, in the back of his mind, the Sirius was innocent. :D

This is fantastic! It's very serene, and it's nice to know that Remus found a little peace and love in the twelve years between :)

Thank you! Yah, my person Remus history has him with Michael (so named for Will's one-who-got-away in Will & Grace) for about 3.5 years. Not a great love affair, but a decent relationship that just didn't work out. I don't like the idea of Remus being miserble for 12 years b/c I don't think it works. I think you move on, even if you don't want to and don't try to. Just time and situation forces you to, at least a little.

I really liked this, and not just because it's my two favourite fandoms together! I love the whole idea of it, that angels can help cure depression, sort of a personification of something you have to go through after a traumatic event in order to move on. Yeah, and I don't think that made any sense but never mind.

(Oh, and I don't suppose the lime green bowler hat came from Vile Bodies/Bright Young Things?)

*le sigh* I love that icon.

Thank you! Yeah, I see what you mean about the personification thing (not that I was thinking that deeply when I wrote it). How to get to the bottom of your issues, you have to let all the stuff you don't want to think about to the surface.

Nope, Lime Green Bowler Guy is Crouch... or Fudge? I get them mixed up. The Mini of Magic.

Oh of course! *head desk* I'd just been watching Bright Young Things you see and they have a running joke about green bowler hats...
