I had to be in the office at 8am on Tuesday and Wednesday for an event. That's an hour early. That doesn't sound like much, but that's always a little rough. Fortunately, I haven't been having trouble with insomnia. And it's not early enough to make me feel unwell

When I had to work 8-5 it was WAY worse than 9-6. And I was a hella lot younger then. Also, I think the demands of being ON or social wear us out more as we get older. I hope you don’t have to battle either too often. And I’m glad to learn your insomnia has lessened.
