well... my friend ashley is going to dye part of my hair neon pink! tell me what all you guys think... if a lot of you wont like it then i might not do it. but if only a couple of you wont like it then i will just go on with it. her friend wanted to cut my hair too but i wouldn't let her... i might but just a little bit off, not the way there hair ( Read more... )
