Che was returning from his job at the communities recreational center pool. Still adoring the red swim shorts and white top of his part-time attire, the whistle around his neck dangled, swaying with the turn of his bike as he rounded the corner, taking the longer route home even though there was a slight drizzle of rain that was beginning to kiss the air. It felt refreshing compared to the sting of the chlorine of the pool and of course, there had been a moving tuck there earlier that morning when he road past on his way to work ( ... )

The event was rather sudden and Che was certainly not expecting it. With the impact, amongst the papers, he was shoved forward in which his handlebars tipped towards the ground and his face became well acquainted with the asphalt below. Well, Che thought as he was falling forward, unable to stop himself from hitting the ground, he had already been hit by a car this last week, he should have expected something like this. A sound of breath escaping his lungs sounded and the world went a little black for a moment. From the hit, or simply staring down into the asphalt he was unsure ( ... )

"Don't worry about that, you're not that heavy either!" Antonio had offered Peter to take him home after the accident and was carrying him home piggy-back style. It was not the first time he did this for someone, actually he was used to it because of his work at the daycare. To be honest Peter was light despite the size of his body.

Ché got checked by the ambulance and Matthew was with him so he did not have to worry about him.

"Just promise to me that you watch out next time, okay? And don't worry about your bicycle, I'll bring it back to you..." That was a promise, even if the boys bicycle was trash by now the Spaniard would bring it back to Peter. Of course if he wanted to have it back, no matter how it might look at the moment.

"Don't worry too much about your bike. You can get it fixed anytime or get a new one. As long as you didn't get hurt it's okay." It would have been worse if Peter took as much damage as Ché or his bicycle. Not to mention the possible reaction of his family if the boy got injured.

Antonio followed the direction in which the boy on his back led him. "I see! So we are neighbors from the same street!"

Although Peter moved a lot on his back he seemed to have a lot of fun. They soon arrived at the front of his house and Antonio knelt down so Peter could get off. "So! I guess we are at your house now!"
