Pinterest won't let me pin the recipe from: http://www.squidoo.com/gordon-ramsay-ultimate-christmas-recipes (saying there aren't images big enough), so I figured I'd convert the measurements/temperatures and try repinning from here.

I usually copy the image URL and put that in the tag, and then in notes, I just add the website address. I hate it when that happens on Pinterest.

That's a good idea! It drives me nuts when Pinterest does that. I wish there was an option to have a separate URL for the image if there isn't one big enough.

I watched Gordon Ramsay's Ultimate Christmas on BBC America but it was different one with ham. Patrick was very interested in the Beef Wellington he prepared not typical a holiday favorite. Thank you for Turkey recipe.

I watched that one, too. For some reason the ham recipe wasn't on the link with the turkey. I did find the recipe though and I am going to attempt the ham if I can find all the ingredients (and I hope I got the conversions correctly!). The Beef Wellington does look good but Frank exclaimed "Do you know how much that cut of beef he's using costs? It's like $100!" lol
