Bogota Graffiti

There is a lot of really interesting graffiti here in Bogota. It's like works of art. Bill told me the business owners actually hire the graffiti artists to paint the walls so that no one comes along and puts crap graffiti on it - win/win, I guess you'd call it.

What I mean by "crap graffiti" is tags, like this:
