happy new year zynnie!! ^^ <3 I bought a 鏡餅 from Isetan last year too!!! But I HAD NO IDEA how to cook it and it stayed in my fridge for a year until it went bad..had to throw it away in the end T_T hahahha i'm so silly~ how do you cook it? oshiete kudasai!!

No problem, here we go!

Firstly, cut the 鏡餅 into pieces.
Grill them in the oven.

Then put them into Japanese-style red bean soup or get red bean paste, sweet soy sauce, soy bean powder etc.. and spread on it. (just like 串団子) :D
