It's Monday. Hmmph. Time to make up a new recipe to use these 2 heads of cauliflower I bought at Monterey Market this weekend.

I love roasted cauliflower! I roast it at 425, spray it with oil (I like hazelnut) and then sprinkle it with herbs and garlic. Its wonderful that way.
