Well lets see.. this morning woke up around 9ish and then got ready and all. Went and picked up Brittany. Then we went to track. Pretty hardcore once again. yeah.. then came home took a shower.. and went to the doctors to get my knee checked :X. i guess i sprained it.. so im not supposed to run on it for a month.. yeah right .. like thats gonna ( Read more... )
