What underwear are you using? Emmy is ready for this step and I can't find anything small enough! I need size 18 month. I'm getting a lot of suggestions for training pants, but I'd prefer underwear if possible.

lucys are a size 2-3 and i think that was the smallest i found but she was able to wear them before she was in a size 2 clothes i dont know if that helps i got some at target by where they have the training pants and i also got some at toys r us.
