rit. of the 2nd chair ms newall its too obessive..i cannot stand rachel, and ur aggreement to make her first..but i shall not say more until the test, we shall then find out.

Hey now, let's make it a clean fight-don't let how you feel about anyone have anything to do with it. You want the highest chair because you played the best, not because you don't get along with her, right? Besides, what's she ever done to you??

Bring it on! Practice your buns off, and we'll find out who REALLY deserves it. I'll tell her tomorrow that she has been challenged and I will photocopy the first part for everyone. We'll do a three-way challenge: all three of you will place the music, and I'll decide who to seat for the second, third, and fourth chairs. May the best woman win!!

how do i know it is fair!How do i know that you will not pick her becuase you feel bad that we will tough on her. Let another teacher decide. THAT WOULD BE FAIR!!

That's why the audition is blind-I'm not looking at you, so I don't know who is playing first, second or third. This is how professional ensembles assign seating. Would it make you feel better if I invited Mrs. Olena or Mrs. Best to listen and help me make a decision? I'm not going to leave the decision entirely up to someone else, but if it would make you feel like you are being treated with the utmost fairness, I would be happy to have another person there too.

i understand that your not looking and i think thats fair but i just think we should wait to talk about this until the challenge, if anything it is only a chair that we're fighting over...i mean honestly, rachel is a lonely girl not to many friends, we should give her a great BIG nichols welcome to the band club.
