Summary: They split but there is still tension with the group. What is going to happen to Xander and Kevin when it all settles?

A/N: this was only made cause it happened right in the middle of me having issues with my thoughts on the original fic I was working on. And then NHM pulled a stunt like this... ok here We Go!!!!
“XANDER WHY?” Kevin yelled down the hall.
“Kevin I’m sorry I just I can’t be with you guys anymore now that Kibum is no longer with us it’s hard to even cope. I’m sorry.” The elder replied.
“Xander you are just like him. You leave when things get tough. I thought you were different” Kevin turned around before Xander could reply.
“Kevin I am different I didn’t terminate my contract I just won’t be with you guys during your Korean comeback but I’ll be with you when you guys go international. I will be with you guys. Kevin look at me please?” Xander was pleading for Kevin but when Kevin didn’t turn around Xander sighed and went to the living room and sat on the couch.
“Hey Xander you almost ready?” The manager came out and asked.
Xander shook his head but stood up and walked out the door with the manager following.
~Couple weeks later~
“Xander we are going international this week if you could help us again.” The manager looked at the elder.
Xander didn’t say a word but nodded his head and started packing for the next trip that he was going on. The manager nodded in a silent agreement and walked out of the room.
It was ridiculous on what the manager had done to the group but there was nothing that could have been changed. He was still signed with Arirang and U-Kiss was his family though he didn’t have the work schedule that he had before he was still very busy. There was a knock at the door and he stopped his thoughts and moved towards the door to see who it was.
“Hello?” He called through the door.
“Xander.” The voice on the other side said loud enough for Xander to understand it.
“Come in” The elder said.
The door opened and as Xander thought so he saw Eli and Kevin standing there. “What are you both doing here?” he asked. “I thought none of you wanted to see me except for the international debuts and issues.” He turned his back towards them and moved towards the bed that had stacks of clothes on them.
Kevin was the first to speak. “Xander it’s true I didn’t want to see you after all of this but we need you for Arirang and sadly the manager said that we had to come talk to you before the next show or we weren’t going to the States when we planned.”
Xander sighed and continued packing listing to what the younger had to say.
“Xander please I want to see my dad and Kevin would love to see his friends.” Eli spoke up.
Xander swallowed hard on anything that was in his mouth. “Guys look I know you want to do this and I’m sorry you don’t want to see me but it’s NOT my choice NHM made the decision not me. I wanted to remain as 7 but they didn’t want that and apparently I’m worth too much to actually get rid of but apparently you all didn’t care cause none of you fought for me or Kibum.” Xander was about to be in tears when anger came across him. “Kevin I loved you I didn’t want to leave you but as you decided that I wasn’t worth your time any more. Eli You….. Your are just stuck up and all you really care about is your acting I’m not going to lie to you any more you are a horrible actor and you won’t be able to make in Hollywood or anywhere. I’m sorry but that’s all I have to say if you came to apologize it’s too late you had your chance and it left.”
Xander turned around to face to bed again and Eli moved closer to him as Kevin turned and walked out the door. Eli placed a hand on Xander’s shoulder and the elder tried to shrug it off but the hand stayed where it was.
“Xander that was cold and I’m sorry we did try to come and apologize but apparently you don’t want it. You also don’t know what we tried to do to keep you both with us but that can be left for another day if you ever want to hear it.” Eli took his hand off of Xanders shoulder and walked away from him. “Also Xander I hope your happy Kevin also loved you more than you even know.” Eli walked out closing the door behind him.
~~ A few days later ~~
“XANDER OPPA You are alive!!!” The fans screamed at the airport.
He tried to smile but with everything that had just happened there was nothing to change his mind. He was going to remain cold to the members but not to the fans. He got through security at the airport and pulled his phone out and called Kibum.
“Hello this is Piro Piro How may we help you?” There was a female voice on the other line.
“Hi is Kibum there?” He asked politely
“Yes one moment please.” He was transferred lines.
“Hello Kibum here how may I help you?”
“Hey Kibum its Xander please say something to help me make it through this” The elder asked almost pleadingly.
Kibum chuckled on the other end of the line. “Hyung I told you to sign a terminating contract. Though it’s not fun it’s easier than anything else.” His voice then suddenly changed to something more cheerful. “But what encouragement do you need this time? Kevin, Eli, Soohyun, Dongho, all of the above?”
Xander smiled at the thought as he moved through the airport. “I just need help making it through the flight without killing Kevin or Eli. Soohyun and Dongho will be fine on my terms they try to avoid me as is.”
Kibum chuckled on the other end. “ok here is my thoughts you go on the plane and pick your seat towards the front or back and then make sure you have your headphones and put on your music and just listen to that the whole flight remember what you say that Do your best and leave the rest to God. I would say more but my hung here is requesting me Xander call me as soon as you land please.” Kibum was almost pleading.
“I will I promise I will.” Xander said as there was noise on the other side of the line. He knew Kibum was busy but he found comfort in the man. “I’ll talk to ya in a few hours” After that he heard a ‘thanks Xander’ come from the other side and the line went dead.
Xander sighed and reached his gate and moved forwards to the stewardess to let her knew that he was there. Fans were watching with close eyes trying to see him and how he was doing. After he checked in with her He moved to a seat in the corner and waited for the next step of this torture.
A couple hours later the stewardess came up to Xander and told him the news of the day that he didn’t want to hear.
“Alexander I hate to say this but your flight will not be leaving today. NHmedia called to say they canceled the concert in Japan due to reasons unannounced.”
Xander sighed “Thanks ma’am” He gathered his items and walked out of the airport not worrying about his luggage that will soon be in Japan without him.
He called Kibum who happened to still be tied up with his brother at the office but said he would call as soon as he could. So Xander decided to go to his favorite coffee place a block away from his house and got a paper and sat at a table and opened it to read. His phone then went off and there was a message from an unknown number. He read it anyway.
You hurt him and you hurt us now you see what we are really like pissed off. Xander I also recommend for you to Ask Kibum to come with you, you might need him.
Xander closed his phone and sent a text to Kibum saying that it was an emergency and that he should meet him at his house and to please hurry. Kibum called him right away and they both agreed for Xander to stay where he was and that Kibum would meet him there.
About twenty minutes later Kibum walked into the little coffee shop and searched fro Xander who was huddled in a corner.
“Xander hyung” Kibum called and ran over to the older male. Xander didn’t move and his eyes happened to be closed. Kibum poked him and shook his shoulder. There was still no movement from the elder. Finally Kibum ran and got a glass of water and poured it on his face.
“What the…” Xander’s eyes flew open. “Kibum…. Never mind lets go” Xander got to his feet and Kibum was soon holding the elder as he started to cry.
When the two reached Xander’s apartment they remembered that the text had a warning to it so Xander pulled out his key and unlocked the door to his place and noticed that there was a foul stench. The elder grabbed Kibum’s hand and squeezed it tightly. There was a note on the coffee table.
‘Xander I see you got hom now I think you smell something but don’t worry it’s not harmful just yet. Go to the bedroom and sit on the bed tell Kibum to look in the closet and there’s a box for him to open… but make sure he reads what’s on the box first there could be something important about it.’
Xander passed the note to Kibum who then took it and crumpled it up and stuffed it in his pocket. They both moved to the bedroom and Xander went and sat on the bed. The moment his weight was on the bed He heard a click and looked over to see that there was a note on the bed. He picked it up and read it.
Xander, Xander how bad of you. You should have read this first there is a trigger on the bed and if you get off of it then you might just go boom. But really it won’t matter cause Kibum and you both might go boom by the end of tonight.
Xander shut his eyes as there was movement from the closet and Kibum came out holding a hand gun that had something tied to it.
“Kibum I can’t get up so what does it say?”
Kibum shrugged and moved towards the bed and sat down hearing another click Xander tensed up.
“Kibum now neither one of us can get up off the bed.”
After Xander had finished the phrase he heard laughter from the bathroom. The door opened and closed and two figures formed in front of him. Though they were both dressed in black from head to toe and you couldn’t see their faces. The first one looked like Kevin while the other reminded him of Eli.
The first one spoke. “Oh Xander only you cannot get up off the bed we can let Kibum go if he knows what’s best for him. But you sorta broke what we were going to do for you. We were fighting for you and you too Kibum” the first voice stopped and sounded as if he was about to cry.
“You know something I think we should let Kibum go now he got what was needed out of the closet though I thought for sure he wouldn’t read and he knows what’s best for him” The second voice came in.
The fist man nodded and they released something on Kibum’s side of the bed. Hearing a click again and then Kibum stood up.
“Thanks hun for helping with this” The first man leaned up and whispered something in Kibum’s ear.
Kibum nodded and turned towards Xander. “You betrayed us all I would rather see you die.” He then left the room and Xander heard the front door close.
“Kevin, Eli I’m pretty sure it’s you two and please I’m sorry I just feel like I’m being used and there was no other choice and… and I didn’t mean a word of what I said. I just…..” Xander was bawling now and he felt hands at his wrists holding then and he heard a click on the bed as weight was added next to him making the mattress sink a little.
“Xander I’m sorry but like you said it’s too late to apologize” The second voice said in his ear.
Xander started shaking from fear and felt ropes go around his feet and handcuffs go around his wrists. Soon he was on his knees head against the headboard of the bed and his hands were behind his back. He felt something on the back of his head and noted it felt like the barrel of a gun.
“Any last words Xander?” The voices said in unison.
“Do your best and leave the rest to God and tell my family I love them and I’ll see them when they meet me again at the gates of heaven” Xander was bawling and he was yanked away from the headboard.
“Look at us now!” the second voice said as Xander slowly opened his eyes and saw that it was indeed Kevin but not Eli. The other happened to be Soohyun.
The moment Xander opened his mouth everything went black. And he heard words meant for him.
“Xander I loved you too and you broke my heart. You broke Kibum’s heart as well. And all…..”
Xander saw a white light and knew that he would never know what was said after that.
