For this round, I picked general pairings for Kimi ni Todoke. This is one of the best shoujo series I've ever watched. It's filled with adorableness, sweetness and humour, and the characters are all so endearing and likeable to boot that it's hard not to love them. I'm not one to watch anything shoujo as I sort of detest this genre (cliche plots, cliche characters) but Kimi ni Todoke was so refreshing and amusing that I couldn't help but love the series.
I snuck in an icon of Sawako/Yano/Yoshida in there which I hope is okay as they're like the OT3 of the series. :D
ETA: I've changed at least six icons in here to match for 4 icons for each pairings to fit the challenge and added one alternate. Changes of three in themes: Close Up, Stripes & Sin, two in artist's choice and one in special category. So you all have four icons each for Kurumi/Sawako, Yano/Yoshida and Sanada/Yoshida.

I aimed for simplicity this time in the icons. KimiTodo is one of those series where you don't need to put a lot of typography or textures to make it look good.
Themes #5 - While looking for Kitahoro High School, Kazehaya also found Sawako that day. I used another gradient layer to give it that sepia-like colour for the icon.
Themes #7 - I've made it to be Kurumi who is jealous of Kazehaya's closeness with Sawako.
SC Up - The two figures are actually Yano Ayane and Yoshida Chizuru.
