This week my old friend and housemate L. is in town for an intensive at the seminary, and she's stay with me, which is very fun. Plus, she keeps cooking me dinner, which is delightful, delicious, and healthy. Last night we had greens with mushrooms and rice, and then rice pudding for dessert, which L. made from the leftover rice from dinner. Yum
