icon tutorial #6:Blue Effect

People keep asking for this effect. It is really simple. I made a tutorial for it, one of a million, but whatevah.
Using Photoshop CS2, about four steps, no selective coloring or curves, can be transferable to other programs.

I love this effect, as I do with many other tutorials that use color burn...

I can never seem to make my graphics come out the same in PSP, because there's no color burn.. do you know what would be comparable to color burn in psp?
