A/N: This was written long ago, don’t remember the date anyway. I doubt if I should post this. It’s based on the tsunami and earthquake nature, so.. well..ermm.. I wanted to think if I was the one there.. It’s quite scared me.. Pray for them-ne…
“Jin, hold on tight!”
“Kazu, you can’t…”
“Shut up!”
“Kazu, just let go of me!”
“Are you crazy? You will die!”
Kame was fighting over his strength to pull Jin up. Jin was hanging up the building, with his right hand grabbed by Kame tight, not wanting to release it.
“Just..hold on.. I will take you up here..”
Kame was full of sweats, pushing his energy to the limit.
“But, Kazu.. I don’t think that you can pull me and…..”
Kame cut the voice.
“Don’t worry, everything will be fine.. We will be fine..just hold on for a moment..”
Kame smiled at Jin, not wanting the other to worry. But in fact, he was the one that scared to death if Jin loosens the grip. He tightens it.
‘Just a little more..’
Kame took a deep breath before concentrating on stretching his vein to take the Jin up.
‘I will save you..no matter what…’
As Kame was about to pull Jin up the rooftop, the quake shakes again. Kame fell a little to the front. He almost fell of the building too, but managed to grabbed the divider.
“Kazu…are you okay?”
Now, Kame was trying to save two lives, himself and Jin. Both of them were hanging on the rooftop of the tall building, which if the fell for surely cause their death. Kame gritted his teeth.
‘How can this happen to us?’
“Kazu, just let go…”
“No way in hell I let you go!!”
“But…”
“Ask me if I can live without you!!”
Kame shouted, almost cried of terrifying to lose Jin.
“The moment you gone, my heart would stop beating too..”
Kame started to sobbed, along with the pain he felt with both of his hands tearing to support their weights and the pain in his heart hearing a sayonara song, much hurter.
Jin smiled, hearing those words. But he knew that both of them can’t survive if this continues. Kame wouldn’t be able to pull himself up, he knew it.
“Kazu, I’m sorry…”
Jin loosens his grip slowly.
“Jin!! Don’t you dare..!!”
Kame looked down him, at Jin that was also looking at him, smiling.
‘How the hell can he smile in time like this?’
“Kazu, I love you…”
Kame was teary, knowing the words very much. Knowing what Jin was thinking, knowing what he was about to do.
Jin loosens his grip, releasing Kame’s hand from his own, letting himself flying against the wind, following the gravity towards the ground.
“Jinn, noooo!!!!”
Kame woke up, panting and out of breath. His breathing was uncontrollable. His heart was like jumping out from his body only to get proper beating. Kame wipes his own face that was already covered with sweats.
‘A dream?’
He gripped his shirt, feeling the pain in his chest.
‘Why did it seem so real?’
He looked at his clock; it was 5a.m in the morning. He reached his phone besides the bed and dialed a very common numbers to him.
“This owner of this phone has turned off his phone. Please try later”
The only sound that he could hear was the operator talking. Kame looked at his phone, in worry…
Jin was taking his breakfast at his own house when an incoming call interrupts his ears. He was about to reject the call but instead he take it when he saw the turtle played on his phone screen. He grinned childishly.
“Morning, Kazu!! Miss me so much to call earlier in the morning?”
“Jin, are you alright?”
A worried voice of Kame making him staring at the phone, as if it was really a weird thing to him.
“Alright?”
“Yeah, where are you now?”
Jin raised his eyebrow, wanting to laugh if that was a joke.
“I’m on the chair in my house, eating my breakfast while talking to you”
Kame took a deep relieve hearing those answer.
“Kazu.. What’s wrong?”
“I got a strange freaky scared nightmare last night”
“Nightmare?”
“Yeah.. And I am worried about you. You see, in the dream….”
Kame was about to talk on his dream before he hold himself, thinking for a while.
‘Maybe it was better if he doesn’t know. It was only a dream, why should I worry?’
“Kazu? Don’t worry, it was just a dream..”
Kame nodded at the phone, agreeing.
“Hmm.. yeah. But Jin, please take a very-very damn good care of yourself!!”
Jin chuckled, hearing the worry voice.
‘Even a dream could make him worry.’
“Yeah, I will. Whatever for you, Kazu..”
“Ermm, and..one more thing..”
Jin sense the voice on the other side of the phone was getting shy.
“What?”
“Ermmm..”
Jin wanted to laugh at the shyness of the others, but that was one of the things that he likes about him.
“Well, Kazu.. If you’re shy, let me say it for you..”
Kame stunned.
“Ehh, wait..”
“I love you, Kazu..”
“Jin….”
“Yeah?”
“Me too…”
“What you too?”
Jin was grinning naughtily at his phone. Playing with his turtle did bring him fun.
“I love you too….”
This time, Jin’s heart was beating fast caused by those words that Kame just said. He place one of his hand on his chest, controlling the sounds of his heart beating.
‘Man, this is something…’
“Ermm, Jin. Well, I have things to do. I’ll call you later”
With those words, Kame put down the phone, leaving Jin alone with his heart beating’s problem. Jin looked at his phone again.
‘Phew.. That was close. My heart almost stop beating hearing you said that..’
Jin knew that Kame was a shy person ever in their relationship. Even if he was always the one confessed the love, he did enjoyed the shyness as it was something cute side of Kame.
‘Did he really worry about a dream?’
He just couldn’t help himself from thinking.
Kame, at the other hand was facing his own shyness with the sofa. He let his face dipped in the soft sofa, not wanting to move even an inch as if Jin could see his embarrass face. He let himself kiss the sofa for a while before gaining courage to take away his face, showing the reddened cheek. He looked at the wall clock that was hanging above the television. And just then, he realizes something, he yelled.
“Wait, I want to go to Yokohama stadium!!”
He ran to the shower as fast as he could, grabbing the towels and everything he need within seconds.
‘No way could I miss this!’
And now, here he was at Yokohama stadium for a baseball tournament. Kame was deeply in love with baseball. He even dreamt of become a professional baseball player once before he entered the JE. But being a guy name Kamenashi Kazuya from Kat-tun that is admired by most of the humans exists in this Earth really doesn’t give him time to become one. But until now, he still loves baseball.
It’s Home-run again! Kame was trying to drink his cola when he felt that he was shaking.
‘Oh, maybe just my illusions’
As if he doubted that it wasn’t any illusions, the spotlight of the stadium itself shaken. Everyone started to panicked. Kame was more than panicked, he was deadly scared. He remembered his dream last night, he remembered Jin. It was the earthquake again. Everyone started to take themselves outside the stadium. The shake wasn’t any big but Kame was worried so much. He reached his phone, dialing Jin’s number.
“The number you have dialed cannot be reached for now, please try later”
“Shit!”
Kame doesn’t know what to do. His mind kept thinking about Jin’s safety. No wonder he got the bad feeling about today. So, he tried again and again, calling and yet he still speaking to the operator.
‘I need to comfirm he’s safe! Jin, please pick up!’
Kame made his way out, his foot brought him running to direction he didn’t know. He just running without even thinking where Jin did could be that time. Maybe in the studio or nearby, or in the car somewhere. Just why did he didn’t think of asking his schedule for today? Now he was clueless, doesn’t know where to find Jin.
He stopped for a while, ignoring every eye that eyed on him. Just then, a call reached his phone. Quickly he picked it, hoping for Jin was the one calling.
“Hello!”
“Kazuya, are you alright? We’ve heard of the earthquake and Tsunami just now”
“Oh..”
Kame was disappointed, even though it was his mother calling.
“I’m okay. It wasn’t much”
“Glad you’re fine. I’ve heard that it was hitting places near you. I was worried so much, please take care of yourself, Kazuya!”
“Got it, thanks, mom!”
As he hangs up, another call goes in. He really wished it was Jin this time. Before he even have chance to speak, a voice that he waited did knock his ears.
“Kazu, are you alright? Where are you? Did you hurt? They said there’s earthquake there. I was freaking scared when you didn’t picked up just now!”
Jin was completely yelled, but Kame knows it wasn’t anger. Knowing that he can still yelled that high, Kame took a deep relieved. Jin was alright.
“I’m fine. I don’t hurt any. What about you? My mother just called me. Before I tried to reach you but it didn’t work. I was so worry Jin..Thank God, you’re okay..tsk..”
Kame was sobbing. He couldn’t help himself from tearing. He was so glad that the other was fine. He was damn worried.
“Kazu, don’t cry. It’s okay. I’m fine here. Sorry for making you worried, baby. It’s the same as me. My mother managed to call me first before I could even call you. I’m sorry”
When for a while in silence, Jin panicked.
“Kazu, are you still there?”
Kame was standing in stunned. Maybe the dream was all about him. Not too far from his sight was building collapsing over each other. He knows that this would come to him within any seconds from now. He needs to run now. He needs to run for his live. He needs to run for being able to stay with the ones he loves. He would not lose.
“Jin, wait for me okay. I’ll call you later..”
