webcam programs?

Does anyone know of any good webcam programs that are free to use? My mate and I use AIM video. It runs quite smooth, but it's VERY tiny. We'd like a program that runs relatively smooth and displays a bit bigger. :D

When webcamming, I generally use Yahoo. If only one person is viewing your cam and both parties have a fast connection, the cam goes into "supermode" which makes it look more like a video (more realistic) than screen shots every few seconds. You can choose between 3 sizes... 1 being about the size of an LJ icon, 2 being this size:

i use yahoo for my webcamming and it says that supermode is always unavailable. do you know how to fix this? :-X
