I like that you didn't drag out the Edwin thing. That's often a thing that would be dragged out for a long time but you dealt with it realistically and it got me even more curious as to what will happen later on. This story keeps me on my toes and I love it

One of the main reasons that Edwin attacked so quickly is because out in the middle of nowhere, Morgause was accessible. In Camelot, she wouldn't be. There is no way that Edwin would be able to get to her inside the walls of Camelot's castle.

You will see Morgause continue to be affected by what happened in future chapters, and see how that impacts upon the people around her. The Knights will try to help, like they have done so far. But you will have to wait and see if anything breaks through to her.

Don't get to ahead of yourself on the new Kingdom front. Remember that it belongs to Uther for now and that Uther has complete and utter control over Morgana's life. But you will see that develop, don't worry.

As I said in the answer above, Edwin had to act fast if he wanted to get to Morgause before she was sheltered inside Camelot. Which meant that I couldn't really drag it out. Not that I really had any inclination to do so.

Oh I hope Morguase doesn't develop PTSD medieval style. I want her happy when the babies come. I really want to hear her tell Morgana that she now has a new kingdom.

OMG YAAAY!! I'm so glad that Morgause and Morgana are together again!! <3 I love how you've developed Morgause's character too! She's just so.. argh! Awesomely amazing? I'm so glad that she got to chop off Edwin's head! Guy was a jerk. Also, I love how the knights treat her. They just have such comradery and I love that because that most definitely isn't in the show. They all adore Morgana <3 I can't wait for the babies to be born!! They've gotta be coming like really soon. If it's a boy and a girl... well one of them will probably be named Arthur. (that or mordred?) but no idea on the girl. both boys? *shrugs* I also love Gwen's devotion to Morgana <3 I really hope it's not like sexual though. I kinda feel sorry for her. I want her to find someone! Maybe Emilie? but no, she likes morgana. They're my in-this-fanfic brotp lol. Ok. I need to stop myself before my brain explodes from the possibilities. You will have to wait and see as far as the babies are concerned, but there will be more reveals as far as Gwen and Morgana are concerned, though I think everything will make sense when you look back at things.

Your fight scenes are so wonderfully written! They're perfectly paced and not overly graphic to the point where I would have wanted to skip over them. And having Morgause kill Edwin will hold off my desire to see her or Morgana or Gwen for a little bit longer, I suppose :P Poor Morgause! I spent this entire chapter wanting to snuggle her. I'm glad she has so many people around her who care so much for her, but that's not always going to help her right now because she's so stubborn and I can see her trying to suffer through this on her own because she thinks everyone else has more important things to deal with. Oh bb :( Hopefully seeing her cousin well again will go a long way towards her feeling like her old self again. And then babies
