LOL, Twins, I knew it! Sooo one is Uthers and the other is Morgauses'? I'm really looking forward to the battle and if Morgause can deal with it. And Uther just continues to be creepy. He starts a war just because he can't keep it in.

Unfortunately they will both be Uther's by blood but they do have Morgause's magic, so they do have some connection to her. There will be a fair bit of battle/war coming up and a bit of a lengthy separation, so we'll see how much you're looking forward to it then!

Thanks so much for the comment!

Oh yay another chapter! I always get so excited when I see that you updated. And this chapter was well worth that excitement.

as a drop of wine vanishes into a bowl of milk.-- Loved loved this image.

So it is officially twins, that certainly explains why Morgana is larger than what was to be expected. I absolutely love that Morgause can feel them moving and that they have her magic (and I cackled greatly at the end when Uther couldn't feel them moving).

I really adore how you characterized the knights because it is accurate to the show but at the same time you enhance them and make them far more realistic. It's awesome.

Eww Uther just go away already. I wonder if he's going to go into battle at some point. Hmmm....

The way Morgana and Morgause interact with each other is just so lovely *sigh*

That ending is still the best thing ever.

I hope your finals went well and good luck with graduating :)

Fantastic chapter; am very excited for more.

Yay! I'm so glad that you liked it!

I really wanted Morgause to have a concrete connection to the twins (I've been planning that from the beginning so you have no idea how hard it was to keep that quiet and not slip up and use the plural) and the magic is a really great way for her to have that connection, especially as it will be such an important plot point later on in the story.

I also really wanted the knights to have a better role, especially Gwaine as it has really annoyed him how they just turned him into a joke in series 4.

You will just have to wait and see what happens with Uther. There is a lot more to come with him.

Morgana and Morgause are just so dreamy romantic together, even though Morgause has to put up with a lot. Morgana is definitely high maintenance.

Thanks so much for the good luck and for the comment!

Instead she said, “May God grant mercy on them and us both. After all, it is sin at the heart of a kingdom that brings down war upon its head. So says our bishop, does he not, my King?”

Uther stayed silent.

“And we can only imagine it is Worcester that is the sinner,” she said mildly, watching him to see the tension melt from his shoulders.

Oooh burn! Score one for Morgana!

And the twins? Interesting twist! Really didn't expect that. Can't wait to see Morgause in battle and Morgana dealing with her knight away from home.

Morgana is definitely getting better at playing Uther's games. I'm glad that you didn't see the twins thing coming. I've been keeping that secret from all but one person for a long time!

Thanks so much for the comment!!

I'm sorry I wasn't around when you first posted this!!!

Ugh, it just keeps getting more and more fantastic and interesting and I just want you to write it all now so I don't have to wait to read everything you have planned!

I love that you're finally bringing in more of the magic and that it's going to start being a more important part of the story. And I love what you're doing with the knights and all the thought you've put into them. I can't wait to see more of Morgause's interactions with them! Especially with Leon!

“With your faith in me… I could… I could almost do anything.”This little reference to the line from the show was beautiful. I loved how it described Morgana and Morgause's relationship there and I love how perfectly it works for them here ( ... )

So you should be!!! :P

I wish I could write it all right now too! I have so much planned and some of it is so far in the future and I just can't wait to write it.

There will be a much larger emphasis on magic from now on and a lot more with the knights and Gwen with Morgana in the next few chapters, so that should keep you happy!
