For the amount of effort the writers seem to put into trying to make the Dan/Serena relationship seem 'sweet.' They bore me so much! I feel like they have no chemistry, which is hilarious because they're dating in real life *shrugs*

Yeah exactly! Whenever it was Dan and Serena's scenes, I hardly pay attention because they were just too sweet which, like you said, is boring . ;)

I just hope the season finale won't be anticlimactic, like the last episode was. (: I adore Rufus & Lily too - they're the only pairing I actually care about in this show. Blair & Chuck is love, but Dan & Serena is just boring.
