To credit, when uploading an icon, just include in the "Comment" field. Replace USERNAME with the actual username of the icon maker you're crediting. Thus, if it's one of my icons, it would look like this: . The "Keywords" field is for whatever you'd like to call the icon.

Here's a screenshot example:

It did, indeed! Although the last two letters of "type" got cut off, as your keyword phrase exceeded the character limit. To view your icons, go here.

Oh, and the copyright symbol (©) and arrow (→) I use in my keywords are my own preference; people label theirs many, many different ways, so you're not obligated to stick to those symbols/that design if you don't want to. There's really no wrong way to stylize your keywords, as long as you include the credit line. :)
