Zidane on Naminé:
Naminé is one of the girls Zidane has to watch himself around, because he really, really likes her (especially after fixing his memories for the memory plot ;;. Memories are important in FF9). IF he wasn't friends with Roxas and IF he was from an earlier point in canon, he would be all "hey let's go out let's go out it will be great go on a date with meeee :D" So there's a little bit of a crush there, and means that if anyone messes with Naminé, Zidane will cut them (which is what Zidane will do for just about anyone, but it's something he would take personallyQuestion

I do! But I think I have enough to fill in the gaps with the stuff in 358/2 (what she spent doing, how it was living in DiZ's care, the times she saw Riku). Maybe I'd like more detail on how her powers work and why do they work like they do and how the Organization found out she could do all this stuff with memories, but as I did with the amnesia event I sort of handwaved it.
Huh. In all my years of OP fandom I've never really given too much thought to Vivi's time as a Baroque Works agent. I do think she developed genuine camaraderie with the agents at Whiskey Peak, and is saddened by their deaths(?)
Some general headcanon I do have for her:
- She never actually knew her mother. She keeps a photograph of her in her room in Arabasta. Since parting ways with the Strawhat Pirates, she keeps their wanted posters in the same place.
- Okay this is canon for the 8th movie, but it was in my headcanon before: she sometimes goes to the place where she said good-bye to everyone and reminisces about them. She doesn't have a set schedule for this, but when she finds the time for it, it's always in the early morning.
- She was trying to find good homes for Crocodile's displaced bananawani.

Are there any techniques that Ty Lee has encountered in Camp that admires/would like to learn?
I can't clearly recall all her fights right now but the one that does come to mind was sparring with Kabuto and going "wtf" at all those goddamn chakra tricks and desperately wanting to figure out how to do some of the same stuff using her chi/aura. Everything else she's generally impressed by are things that are outside of the realm of hand-to-hand combat (and are generally things pertaining to magic) and so she doesn't really bother herself with desiring to learn them.
What was the moment in each of your characters' canons that made you fall in love with them/become a fan of them/want to app them/etc.?
:|a Zidane I decided to app because I couldn't decide between wanting to app Edgar or Locke from FFVI. One of the things that struck me on replay, however, was an optional conversation Zidane can have with NPCs around Lindblum after that Atomos attack. There's a dying Black Mage lying in the middle of the main drag in the shopping district:
Old Man: "Finish it off!" Engineer: "Should I crush its head? How about its chest?" Zidane: "Stop it! He's a living creature!" Young Man: "What did you just say!?" Zidane: "Brahne programmed them to kill, but they're just like anybody else!"
That's before you ever make it to the Outer Continent and the Black Mage village. Zidane is a real bleeding heart, and I have more respect for empathy than I do "badassery."

...man that's a good question. I mean, HE'D TOTALLY RECOGNIZE THE SURNAME and he does know that Julia married General Caraway so if he heard who Rinoa's father is.... that plus I imagine if they had this information and Laguna wasn't putting two and two together Kiros probably made a point of spelling out for him. >_> So I guess he prooobably has an idea but hasn't really thought of the implications of it yet?
