Remembering that Lana had said she'd be around during break but that Jim wouldn't, Conner decided he should go check on her. "Hey, Lana?" he called, knocking on the door.

After a few moments of tapping his foot, drumming on the doorframe, and peering under the door to see if there was any light, he knocked again. "Lana?"

Maybe she'd stayed overnight with someone -- it was logical, considering she'd probably be lonely without Jim this week. Conner shrugged, and decided to give her a call later in the day.
