If you are making a cake and you don't have vegetable oil, NEVER subsititute olive oil...

It was GROSS. It tasted like olive oil and sugar and made a weird consistancy. Needless to say, it's in the trash right now!

I have never tried that one. I would probably have tried Canola or maybe Sunflower. Did it mess with the texture? Usually I just sub applesauce.

yeah- gross and heavy. In trash...
