This is lovely! Soulbonds are my catnip, and I love the twist you put on this one, that this isn't normal/accepted and no one knows what to do with it. I felt so bad for both of them, but especially Mike, poor kid. I can't decide if I prefer imagining what comes after the ending here, or if I'm hoping for a sequel! (That is not meant to be a demand -- no pressure, honestly!) And an honorable mention for poor confused Sisky. *g*

Oh, there's totally a sequel. Hopefully. Probably maybe? I want to write a sequel, the boys definitely have more to say - I mean, they're 16 and 19 respectively, they have their whole lives to live together and apart, but I don't know if it'll actually ever happen. This is the longest fic I've ever written, and i only pulled it off thanks to starflowers and a looming deadline.
