Wow, that was impressing! I loved the imagery in here, plus Sawyer and Des interacting make me like orgasm or something. Loved the dialogues also.

...you can never have enough Sawyer-Des interaction in the world. Ain't it the truth! :) Initially, I was writing only Sawyer. Desmond just kind of showed up!

This was such a lovely descriptive piece. You are so good at setting a scene. The idea of sleeping bodies littering the floor of the Temple and Claire quietly sobbing was an excellent way to bookend the story.

Dreamy Desmond is such a contrast to bitter Sawyer. Interesting though, they both have similar anxieties expressed differently.

Thank you! It is strange the images that music will put into your mind. I was listening to The Fountain soundtrack while I wrote this.

I had never written Des before, so I was a little nervous. I wanted him to be optimistic about being left behind. After his phone call with Penny, I would think that he would just be waiting for her to find him, knowing that she will not give up. Still, I cannot help but keep thinking about whether or not he feels he has earned back honor enough to be with her. I would like to think that he has.
