The city of fail.

I'm considering not making any doujinshi ever again, at least while I live in this damn city.

My DRRR!! calendars I ordered a month ago arrived today, but the man refused to give me the package if I didn't pay him 76 euros. I knew I had to pay taxes, but 76 euros seemed too much to me. When I asked what those 76 euros were, he said "17 are taxes, ( Read more... )

durarara!!, doujinshi, merchandising

I'd love to leave, but for now it's not possible. My main job is here (aside from drawing manga/illustrations which I can do from anywhere), my father works here as well and my boyfriend is jobless, so I have no place to go OTL
But I know for sure in the future I'll leave, like everyone else.

Sadly this is becoming awfully usual here in Spain. I know your case is even worse being in Melilla, but now there's a company, SpeedTrans, who is (almost illegally, as they have your data without your permission) taking care of taxes, and they makes you pay for shipping Madrid-whereveryoulive, and makes you pay for the time it was at their office. Best of all, yes, you can make your own paparwork. But ONLY if you go to Madrid personally ( ... )

Oh jesus, what assholes...T_____T;;;;;;

If you want, I can still take care of your Kobato doujinshi, although you'd have to wait with the printing till I'm done with the Outo doujin - but if that's fine with you, I'd love to help~ ^^/

Thank you very much! I called today and they said it's been solved and that my package will be here in the evening. I hope it's true OTL

Sorry I didn't log in yesterday, I had a sudden dinner out with Grego ;;;

Los 17 sí se los tengo que dar porque hace las veces del IVA. Como en Melilla IVA no tenemos, me lo descuentan del precio final en la imprenta, y cuando llega el paquete me toca pagar el impuesto de aquí (IPSI), que por suerte es menos que el IVA ;;;

Ya veo... Aunque esta gente lleva timando a toda Melilla desde que yo era pequeña, a mi madre también le intentaron hacer lo mismo hace por lo menos 15 años (=w=;
