So Celsys replied to my e-mail and told me that yes, they have banned foreign access to the Illust Studio and Clip-Studio websites because they have no intention of releasing IS in other countries, bla bla bla.

...I swear that the Japanese can be either the most polite, kindest people in the world or the most absurd, closed-minded and racist people

lol, alright, with that kind of bullshit logic ".gr" sites should be limited to greece, ".uk" to united kingdom and so on.
that is kind of fuckery logic, because it does NOT MAKE SENSE. it is not like, a site being opened universally to visitors, eating bandwidth and stuff. that is really fishy and weird, idk

Los japoneses tienen algunas cosas... =_=;;; jovar, lo único que se me ocurre es mirar a ver si hay foros donde gente que viva en Japón tenga el programa... Quizá alguien es tan ultra bueno de compartir las actualizaciones con gente como tú, que ha pagado por el producto (´；д；`)

Voy a intentar a ver si encuentro algún proxy que no me de errores al mirar ciertas páginas, a lo mejor así puedo acceder... Usé uno, pero me iba mal la parte de los materiales. Al menos pude descargarme el último upgrade que han sacado de IS (¬_¬;

Also: try replying to Celsys and say you bought IS "when you were in Japan" and that makes you eligable to access the free extras and they should think about that. Try to act on their consciousness. Make them weep. *evil*

I can access the site through the proxy and download the latest upgrade for the program, it's no problem there. However, when I access the material part, it doesn't work properly and only allows me to download the very first item on that page. When I click on page 2, it loads the first page again because it seems to use some weird code the Proxy cannot work with OTL

I can't tell them I bought it in Japan, I already told them in the e-mail that I paid a friend to buy it for me (=w=U

Hay un addon para firefox que te conecta a través de un Proxy de USA, Reino Unido, Australia o Canada, quizás con eso puedas acceder a todos sitios.

el tema es que la discriminación está latente en todos lado, internet no es libre, nunca lo ha sido tampoco. siempre hay restricciones y son duros al tratarse de países, en especial las grandes compañías que se ponen cada vez más quisquillosos

mis conocimientos sobre leyes son bastante escasos, pero al haber comprado el producto tendrías que tener derecho a sus actualizaciones. Yo lo miraría por si puedes hacer algo que no sea trampear.
