Don't worry about what they say in those e-mails. You are HUMAN, for god's sake...
Just because you are Spanish and therefore you could answer them doesn't force you to actually answer them. You have a life, and work to do (those puppets shows sound tiring). And as you say in Norma's blog, reading doesn't make you an artist. It's practice what helps you to improve.
I'm sure this person who asked you to exchange works has other people to ask for advice. Just don't think about it too much, because they are the ones who are actually behaving like selfish brats who don't stop to think about you. It's great to have fans who loves your work, but they usually forgets that everyone is human, even the most famous person in the world.
Lately I'm bugging here a lot ^^; I don't need an answer, just read it as a cheering message, I'm worried you'll end getting ill or something.
