Well, I can't say which is better for dealing with things, though I'd like to keep my mind in dealing with anything, I doubt I'll have so much control over anything to choose in an event like that though.

I need something to read. Got anything for me? I may start the stranger soon, but I'm rereadinng some of Song of Ice and Fire for now...until I have the stranger to read anyhow. Oh, and I'm out on break.

Yes. "The Poisonwood bible" by Barbara Kingsolver.

It's honestly the most important book I've ever read. The words are like poetry, and it's an entirely new perspective on racism, death, religion, family, and the difference between gender. It gives you a whole new outlook on starvation, and the right way to raise offspring. There's also alot of political philosophy that you'd just eat up.

I can loan it to you, if you'd like

I believe you'll enjoy this book. It's not the run of the mill novel/ hollywood ending, and I think it explores the characters and really makes you feel like you were in their relationship. When I read this book, I couldn't put it down. And I loved the dog in it.

I've put all of the books that I've read recently that I've enjoyed in my user info, so if you want you could check some of those out. If you like the political/ psychological exploring books, you'd probably like The Kite Runner. And hopefully I did the code right this time, because I haven't been having too much luck with it lately ( ... )
