Lately I have been wondering how people will react to me if they see how passionate I am when I get mad

I guess it depends on the person who will see you this way?.. Perhaps your family will react more calmly (because they did see you angry, right?), while others may indeed, be shocked to a lesser or bigger extent. And as you said- anger is a part of you- pretty much as all the emotions that dwell inside you. If people don't like that part of you, then there's no point in caring what they think.

The other end of the spectrum where instead of speaking out with anger, passion frustraion or otherwise is to sit and mull over with a face of frowning but nothing to let that passion out is worse. I see my hubbie do this, sometimes days at a time. There is no helping or sharing or understanding until I manage to prise the issue out from him. It's usually whorldly wise and great sadness. Passion too but so unreachable when he's like that.

Don't ever lose your passion for it IS a part of you, but always have a moment to reflect afterwards.

I totally agree. I am glad I do have my younger sister to talk to. Talking to her helps me validate my feelings. Sure I feel bad with all this negative vibes but she helps me realize that it doesn't make me a bad person to feel all these negative emotions. Its just, like I said, a part of a bigger thing like my frustrations, unfulfilled dreams, ideals etc... While I speak with her, I too realize my own feelings and learn to understand myself better. It also helps that she is very wise. :D
