Summary: Shawn can’t stand not knowing why.
A/N: Hah! I totally just stumbled across this whole thing at the end of one of my math notebooks for class last year.

Aww! This was very sweet. I love Shawn's shift in thinking about Lassie, opening himself up to the possibility that Lassie doesn't loath him. And I love that you made Lassie smart enough to see through Shawn's nonsense. This is the begining of a life-long obsession for both of them, isn't it? ;)

I have a firm belief that Lassiter is not as stupid as the writers of the show has made him seem lately, or all the time actually. It's one of my peeves XD.
But anyway yes, naturally there would be alot of obsessing and angsting and denial before either of them gets up the nerve to do something. They wouldn't be Shawn and Lassie without it! ^_^

Of course Lassie is smart - you don't make head detective on looks and firearm skill alone! You're right about the obsession and angst, Shassie runs on tension.

I've read a lot of Shassie today and been disappointed in most of it. I was beginning to despair, and you saved me.

This story was in character, had a sequential logic, was interesting, well-written, and makes me want to read more. Much appreciated.

There are some typos. Ex: Bide should be bike. Cliqued" should be "cliched."
